Côte d’Azur VTC Nice - PMR
Terms of sale
Last updated:
Chauffeur-driven vehicle services, including for passengers with reduced mobility (PRM). This English version is provided for convenience; in the event of any discrepancy, the French version prevails.
Art. 1: Terms and acceptance
By making a booking, the customer acknowledges having read these Terms of Sale.
Art. 2: Offers
Our offers are made without commitment on our part. A booking becomes binding once we have accepted the order or the quote.
Art. 3: Bookings
Making a booking (through the online booking form, a quote, an order by email, a phone call or a text message) means that you fully and unreservedly accept these Terms of Sale, which you expressly acknowledge.
Accordingly, you waive the right to rely on any conflicting document.
Côte d’Azur VTC Nice - PMR reserves the right to amend all or part of these Terms of Sale at any time.
You are therefore invited to review these Terms of Sale regularly; they are permanently available.
If you do not accept these Terms of Sale, you agree not to use the services of Côte d’Azur VTC Nice - PMR.
The Terms of Sale that apply are those in force on the date the booking is confirmed.
Each booking must state the customer’s name, email address and phone number, the pick-up and drop-off addresses, the date and time of the service, the number of passengers, and the name and phone number of each passenger.
A voucher or transport confirmation will be sent to you by email or text message to confirm your booking.
Art. 4: Prices
Our prices are available on request by email or phone (contact@cotedazurvtc.com or +33 6 58 63 40 15) and are given for information only. Prices are quoted as fixed fares according to the type of vehicle used (standard PRM vehicle or ramp-equipped vehicle). They apply to services at standard daytime rates; a surcharge* applies on Sundays, public holidays and weekday nights between 8 pm and 8 am.
Prices may change at any time without notice, unless a quote has already been issued, in which case the quoted price applies until the quote’s expiry date. Each quote states an expiry date, which it is your responsibility to take into account.
Our fixed fares include:
- Carriage of luggage declared in advance, of animals in their carrier and guide dogs, and of wheelchairs, shopping trolleys, walking frames, walking sticks and other mobility equipment. A surcharge automatically applies to any additional or bulky luggage not declared when booking (€8 per additional piece of luggage).
- Fuel, tolls, and insurance for passengers and their luggage.
- Option: child car seat(s) provided on prior request, for an additional charge of €8.
- Optional extras on board (charged separately): soft drinks, sweets, magazines and local newspapers, all on request (please ask for prices).
- Car parks and parking.
Art. 5: Services
The service is provided on the day and at the time specified when booking. Our drivers are punctual, except in cases of force majeure (accident, traffic problems, etc.).
If the customer is late (except when arriving by train or plane), the first 5 minutes are included in the price; after that, waiting time is charged at €90 per hour for a PRM saloon and €110 per hour for a PRM van, with any hour started being payable in full.
The customer must inform Côte d’Azur VTC Nice - PMR in advance of their train number, flight details or medical appointment, so that any delay can be tracked and the journey organised accordingly.
If a customer who has booked and/or paid for a service does not show up at the place and time they specified, so that the driver is unable to pick them up, Côte d’Azur VTC Nice - PMR cannot be held liable, no refund or compensation will be due, and/or the full price of the service will remain payable.
Côte d’Azur VTC Nice - PMR reserves the right to refuse a journey if one or more of the passengers is drunk, under the influence of drugs, or behaving in an agitated and/or violent manner (high-risk medical profile) that could endanger the safety of the passengers and/or the driver.
Art. 6: Cancellation
If the customer cancels a booking, Côte d’Azur VTC Nice - PMR will charge a cancellation fee based on the total net amount.
This fee depends on how long before the booked date Côte d’Azur VTC Nice - PMR is notified of the cancellation:
Cancellation terms:
- 7 to 3 days before departure: 30% charged
- 2 days before departure: 50% charged
- 24 hours before departure: 70% charged
- On the day: 100% charged
- Full refund in the event of force majeure, as defined by the French Insurance Code.
Art. 7: Payment
Art. 7.1: Price
Prices are set freely. The price of a service is the one in force when the order is placed, or the one set out in a quote previously issued by Côte d’Azur VTC Nice - PMR and accepted by the customer, until its expiry date.
Art. 7.2: Payment terms
As set out in the agreement between the parties:
- When booking (bank transfer, card* or card payment link*)
- At the start of the journey (bank transfer, cash or card*)
- After the service (bank transfer, cash or card*)
in exchange for a receipt (accounting document).
(*a 2.95% fee applies)
Art. 7.2.1: Business customers
Business customers must pay for the service on receipt of the invoice or within 30 days of receipt, as agreed between the parties, unless otherwise agreed in specifications and/or a written contract containing a special provision.
On receipt of invoice: invoices are payable in full on receipt or by the due date (unless otherwise agreed), less any deposits already paid.
Advance payment at a distance: business customers may also pay for the service remotely by card or payment link, directly with their Côte d’Azur VTC Nice - PMR contact. The amount is debited from your account immediately once your card details have been verified and the card issuer has authorised the payment.
Discount for early payment: 0%.
In the event of late payment, late-payment penalties, calculated as a percentage of the amount due including VAT, will automatically be owed to Côte d’Azur VTC Nice - PMR from the day after the invoice due date, without any formality or prior formal notice. These penalties are calculated at an annual rate of three times the French statutory interest rate.
In the event of late payment, business customers will also owe Côte d’Azur VTC Nice - PMR a fixed fee for collection costs equal to the actual costs charged by the debt collection agency to Côte d’Azur VTC Nice - PMR. If the collection costs incurred by Côte d’Azur VTC Nice - PMR exceed this fixed fee, the customer (the ordering party) will bear the additional costs, on presentation of supporting evidence.
If payment is not made by the due date shown on the invoice and after a reminder, the account will automatically be treated as in default and passed to a debt collection agency to recover the invoice; the resulting costs will be charged directly to the debtor.
Art. 7.2.2: Private customers (payment terms)
Payment in full: private customers must pay for the service in full no later than the day of the service.
100% on booking.
Advance payment: private customers may also pay for the service by bank transfer or remotely by card with their Côte d’Azur VTC Nice - PMR contact. The amount is debited from your account once your card details have been verified and the card issuer has authorised the payment.

We accept the following payment methods:
- Bank cards (Carte Bleue, Visa, Eurocard Mastercard, American Express and foreign cards)
- Card payments at a distance (mail or telephone order)
- Bank transfer
- Cash
Cash: please note that our drivers carry very little cash in their vehicles, so customers should have the exact amount.
Bank transfer: our bank details for transfers are shown on your quotes.
Bank card: by providing your card details, you authorise Côte d’Azur VTC Nice - PMR to debit your card for the net price. You confirm that you are the holder of the card and that the name on the card is your own or that of your company.

These Terms of Sale are accepted when the order is placed, by ticking the box that confirms the order on www.cotedazurvtc.com and states that the customer has read these Terms of Sale. These Terms of Sale are therefore expressly agreed to and accepted by the customer, who declares and acknowledges full knowledge of them and consequently waives the right to rely on any conflicting document, in particular their own general terms of purchase.
